Sleep & Beauty

 

 
It’s rather obvious that an organism needs some time to have a rest after hard working days. The idea of beauty rest is ingrained in popular culture, but it has never been put to the test by scientists until recently. Swedish researchers highlighted that there is a certain link between sleep and a physical appearance. In a study published uin 2010 they found that sleep-deprived people appear less healthy, more tired, and less attractive than those who have a full night's sleep. Sleep is the body's natural beauty treatment. It is a time to recoup ours losses.
