Fruit, Vegetables and Good Complexion Go Together

 

Good complexion strengthens appeal. Scientists are ready to answer how many fruit and vegetables are necessary for us to be beautiful. They found out that fruit and vegetables can really improve our complexion. Besides, people like those who prefer such products. Specialists relate this fact to luteins and lycopenes, making our skin sallow and reddish.  
During a month and a half scientists from St. Andrews Psychology Department were studying eating habits and complexion of 35 men and women. During a second part of the experiment 24 people were asked to range four faces according to their attractiveness. These faces were different by complexion, as people were eating different amount of fruit and vegetables. Finally it was discovered that for the best visual perception we should eat fruit and vegetables 3 times a day not less than 6 weeks. Such diet improves our complexion, making our skin fresh and healthy.

We should take into account that there are a lot of luteins in carrot, peach, apricot and pumpkin. And tomato, pepper, water melon, and pink grapefruit contain a lot of lycopenes. By the way, it is well known that these natural compounds are also powerful instruments to fight diseases. Doctors find them useful to prevent illness and beauticians regard them as a powerful instrument to improve complexion.
