C’mon BB light my skin!

 

 

Everyone notice that Asian women usually have a great skin.  So what’s the secret? There are a lot of explanations of such a wonderful complexion – climate, healthy food, genetics but also Asians are obsessed with BB cream.

 

What is it and where is it come from?

“BB” stands for blemish balm or beauty balm. It was discovered by German dermatologists and immediately became the hottest beauty product on Asian market. Basically its  “all under one umbrella” for your face. 

 

Lets see what is so special BB does:

1) Moisturize. 

It gives a comfortable feeling of moisture daylong. It infuses skin with beneficial ingredients and vitamins. 

 

2) Protection.

Beauty balm gives your skin UV protection (SPF from 15 to 45).

 

3) Concealer effect.

 

BB works pretty much like a foundation cream, conceals pigmentations, acne and other skins defects. The main point is that BB is absolutely invisible on the face, it doest stuck in your pores and doesn’t look like a mask. After applying on the face BB fits in your natural skin color and produces a very healthy nude look like you don’t even have any make up. 

 

In our days BB is very popular product on Europian and USA markets so there are a lot of different types and producers and its no wonder why woman get lost what brand and type is best for them. There are two main principals:

 

• make sure the cream matches natural skin tone;

 

• if skin is oily then its better to find BB which is free of oil and hydrates with hyaluronic acid and aloe.

 

Despite all the BB’s advantages it has its flaws. It cant completely replace using the day cream. Better solution is apply BB after moisturing cream. Also it doesnt provide proper care for mature skin because its action isnt aimed at reducing wrinkles and skin smoothing. 

 

To sum it up, Beauty Balm is an useful inventation in a beauty world, but  it doesn’t mean that it will handle with all skin issues by its own. Combine personal care system for your skin with BB and enjoy fresh and natural look, which is always in fashion.
